Hartford commercial permit COM-ALT-25-000088 (Commercial Alteration Permit): The project is located on the ground floor of an existing commercial building located at 42 Pratt St, Hartford CT. The existing program is a +/- 3,500 SF retail showroom with one bathroom, kitchenette, workspace, and stockroom. The new program reconfigures the existing retail spaces and incorporates an existing, unoccupied, adjacent tenant space, relocated restroom and kitchenette, a dedicated private office, and a reduced stockroom area. The construction scope includes partial demolition of interior partitions, flooring, and ceilings, minimal repositioning of HVAC duct supply/returns and sprinklers, relocation of plumbing fixtures, floor plan reconfiguration to accommodate new retail displays, and repair/replacement of interior finishes and lighting. Interior scope includes gypsum wall board replacement/addition, new partitions, flooring, ceilings, and FFE.
