Each project becomes a structured record
Every project carries the same fields: stage, location, value, square footage, owner, architect, contractor, and what the job will need.
Each published record keeps a link to the source behind it, so you can check our work.

You filter down to what you sell
State, county, stage, project type, and CSI division. A job still in design is a different conversation from one already framed, so the stage sits on every record.

Enter your brand and category to see how many projects need what you sell, how many are still early, and how many name a manufacturer at all.
Spec Check reads a specification you upload, and each finding names the page it came from.
Product category coverage
Count of projects in the SpecIndex index that carry each CSI division, by division. Figures are projects, not documents. Measured once from the SpecIndex project database on ; the index has grown since, so these are a dated snapshot, not a live count.
