Hartford commercial permit COM-ALT-25-000236 (Commercial Alteration Permit): A portion of the project will involve removing and replacing existing exterior stairs with new cast-in-place concrete stairs in the same location, which connects the Church's parking lot to the basement level. There is a drainage catch basin located just north of the bottom of the stairs. This work will require Fire Marshal review. The stairs will be completed in connection with repairing portions of the parking lot that are deteriorating and to improve stormwater flow. Planning and Zoning has reviewed the proposed repairs to the parking lot and concluded that a site plan application is not required. This application is for the stair work only.
