The phase 1 scope of work includes the exterior restoration of the south Jefferson Street facing elevation. Work shall include replacement of the front steps, restoration, and where necessary replacement of exterior deteriorated wood components, restoration and repainting of wood windows and doors, replacement of slate mansard and dormer roofs to match existing coursing.
