First Floor – Selective Demolition Scope of Work Project Area: First Floor – Existing Apartments Scope of Work: This scope of work covers the selective demolition of existing interior walls on the first floor of the building to facilitate the reconfiguration and reconstruction of the floor plan. Upon completion of construction, the first floor will be converted into three (3) newly designed residential apartments. Exclusions: • No demolition of structural/load-bearing walls unless explicitly noted and approved. • No exterior demolition work. Basement – Full Interior Demolition Scope of Work Project Area: Basement – Existing Apartments Scope of Work: This scope of work entails the complete interior demolition of designated areas within the basement-level apartments. The intent is to remove all residential components to allow for the conversion of the basement into non-habitable storage space only. Scope Includes: • Full demolition and removal of all bathrooms, including fixtures, partitions, plumbing connections, and finishes. • Demolition of all kitchen areas, including cabinets, countertops, appliances, associated plumbing, and electrical connections. • Removal of all interior closets and associated framing and finishes. • Capping of all plumbing, electrical, and HVAC services no longer required, per code. • Removal and proper disposal of all debris off-site in accordance with local codes and environmental regulations. • Final clean-up and preparation of space for future build-out as storage areas.
