Hartford commercial permit COM-ALT-26-000060 (Commercial Alteration Permit): Prep surface as needed. Furnish and install Flowlok R-110 Liquid roofing system on horizontal area, overlapping approximately 6" on building, just below windows and 6" vertically on perimeter curb / railing at ground floor deck. Also includes treating planters, floor and interior walls. All roof drains, Awnings posts etc. will be detailed and treated per MFR requirements. DDW will treat the expansion joint with backer rod and double coat of liquid detailing reinforced with mesh (ILO Satura Redline) at building to deck joint as well as one joint across deck as outlined in plans Furnish and install drainage mat over waterproofing. Remove existing Bituthene sheet membrane in planter boxes, thoroughly clean and prepare surface for roofing installation, per MFR guidelines. Exclusions: stairs, SS flashing, not required per proposed roofing MFR. Install 24'' x 24'' x 2" concrete pavers system over the entire front deck. Including 5/8" fixed as well as adjustable pedestals where needed to create a leveled surface. Pavers will be the same color as the previous existing surface. Prep surface as needed.
