Install base sheet and mineral capsheet flashings with cold applied flashing adhesive at a rate of 5 Gal/Sq. and properly terminate according to the details provided. (Flashings plys to be no longer than 8ft in length) a. All vertical cap flashing seams shall be three-coursed with aluminized mastic and reinforced with mesh. b. All finished flashings shall be terminated with a typ. termination bar at 8”OC 10. Install new metal slip flashings or surface mounted flashing extender to cover newly installed membrane terminations. 11.
