It damaged the kitchen area/ceiling/partition wall/kitchen in units E1/W1 Water damaged to the partition wall/Kitchen in E2 The damaged areas have already been remediated by serv pro. We will be replacing the kitchen exactly how it was. All 3 kitchens were the same. Two wall cabinets/sink base cabinet/base cabinet on either side of sink/Laminate countertop In the areas where the drywall was removed (ceiling and partition wall separating E1 and E2) we will install Rockwool safe and sound and type x 5/8 fire rated drywall. Electrical and plumbing permits pulled separately. all fire blocking and 1 hour fire rating requirements to be followed. Rockwool will also provide sound proofing requirements between units. Trim and paint as needed. Plumber will install drop in sink as well as combo heat pump washer dryer. Electrician will replace any wiring or fixtures that got wet.
