Hartford commercial permit MISC-ELC-25-001250 (Electrical Permit): Install and wire Kohler 20RCA 18kW standby generator and a 200-amp, RXT series transfer switch, powering the entire home. Generator to be placed on the south side of the home. Work to include: - Replacing circuit breaker panels with a new single 200-amp panel. - Installing new circuit breakers for existing branch circuits. - Removing the fuse panel and re-energizing knob and tube circuits it fed from the new panel. - Installing new 200-amp service entrance conductors from meter socket to the transfer switch, removing existing pair of 100-amp conductors. - Preparing site with processed gravel and standard concrete pad for generator. - Furnishing and installing all associated conduit and wiring. - Furnishing and installing carburetor heater and battery. - Startup by a Kohler Authorized Service Provider to qualify for the Kohler 5-year limited warranty, 5 years for parts, 5 years for labor. - All material, labor, permits, and sales tax.
