Project overview

Hartford commercial permit MISC-MEC-24-000353 (Mechanical Permit): Install a Liquid C02 System comprising of 6, 230L (liter) Liquid Carbon Dioxide (C02). These Liquid Dewar’s, (230 Liter C02), are not permanent fixtures, therefore will not be installed into the ground. Once in place, they will be connected to a vaporizer to ensure no liquid is delivered within the inhouse piping through the installed Manifold that includes, -Regulator’s-Shut of valves-Safety relief valves, both on the manifold as well as each Liquid C02 Dewar-Flow meter’s. Within the building, we will be using Composite Piping 1” rated for 200 PSI of inert gas (C02), to pipe through the building to 7 Growroom’s designated by the floor plan provided from Eros LLC to Aero All-Gas Listed below labeled “Flower”. Each room will have a Regulator with Solenoid that will sense the C02 Atmospheric environment to ensure a certain amount of C02 is within this room at all times for the growing process. These room’s will also have C02 Reader’s and Alarms in place to let any person who is to enter or be near aware that these room’s contain a C02 Atmosphere. Hung piping from the inside ceiling of each room will have 10-12 outlet’s (dependent on SQFT of room installed into) that will disperse the C02 Gas downwards within the grow room.. 287 HOMESTEAD AV, #R, HARTFORD, CT 06112.
