Hartford commercial permit MISC-MEC-24-000530 (Mechanical Permit): Oil to gas conversion Price is for the replacement of the existing oil fired boiler with tankless coil to a new chimney vented cast iron boiler. A new 40 gallon indirect water heater will be installed to meet the needs of the space. All new supply and return headers will be installed with proper purge assemblies. During this project we suggest that the chimney be cleaned and inspected. The city of Hartford will require this. During this project we will also properly drain and remove the existing oil tanks from the mechanical room.
