Install a Burnham combi boiler, Model #Altac-136B mounted on the back wall to the right of the first-floor wall hung boiler. Reconnect to existing four-zone radiation system with automatic water feeder, flow valve, back flow preventer, air scoop, extrol #30 expansion tank, low water cut-off, primary circulator, Taco 007 secondary circulator pump, isolation ball valves, and relief valve. Replace the second and third-floor electronic zone valves with (4) new Taco Z075P2 zone valves. Includes all necessary gas piping to connect the new boiler to the existing gas line, and complete a pressure test with the building inspector. All new 2" PVC vent piping and outside fresh air piping. Existing chimney hole will be plugged and sealed. The existing buried oil line will be flushed, sealed and abandoned. Includes all condensate drain piping that will be connected to a new PurePro condensate neutralizing pump with filter.
