Hartford commercial permit MISC-MEC-25-000317 (Mechanical Permit): Demo and dispose of your currant natural gas boiler and hot water heater and provide and install one U.S. Boiler X-204 natural gas chimney vented boiler and one A.O. Smith Pro Line GCR-40 natural gas chimney vented hot water heater. Furnish and install all required new boiler components which will include one new air eliminator, one new auto feedback flow combo, one RBFF, one new Taco circulator pump and pump flanges and one new #30 expansion tank. Furnish and install all required piping and fittings to connect the new boiler supply and return to the existing radiator piping located in the basement. Furnish and install required piping from the new hot water heater to the existing hot and cold-water feeds. Furnish and install all required line voltage to reconnect the existing power feed to the new boiler. Connect the existing low voltage wiring to the new boiler.
