This outdoor condenser will be connected to 3 individual zones described below with insulated copper refrigeration lines. 2) Install new indoor evaporators – 2 Mitsubishi Wall mounted units serving Servetus and Library M# PKFY-P30NKMUE2-R1. 1 Mitsubishi Wall mounted unit serving Davids Den M# PKFY-P18NLMUER1 All units will be controlled by local remote controllers. 3) Refrigeration piping will be concealed in either line hide or custom field fabricated 22 ga aluminum. (colors Bronze or white) 4) 12 year warranty on compressor & 12 year warranty on parts from Mitsubishi. 5) All electrical performed by licensed electrician.
