Hartford commercial permit MISC-MEC-25-000408 (Mechanical Permit): Remove & dispose of the existing Goodman furnace, coil, Airtemp condenser, and all related material. Install an Ameristar, single-stage, multi-speed, Low-Profile vertical natural gas-fired warm air furnace, Model #A951X100CU5SAC. Includes all transitions from the new furnace to the refrigeration coil. Install an Ameristar, single stage, 2.5-ton, R-454B refrigerant, air conditioning condenser, Model # A5AC3030A1000A outside on a new poly equipment pad. Install an American Standard refrigeration coil, Model #5TXCC005AS3HCA, with all transitions from new furnace to existing ductwork supply plenum. Reconnect return duct to new furnace. Install all new refrigeration line set from outside condenser to the furnace mounted refrigeration coil. Install all new intake and exhaust PVC flue piping from the furnace to the exterior.
