Hartford commercial permit MISC-MEC-25-000427 (Mechanical Permit): Remove & dispose of the existing 275-gallon oil tank. Install (2) new ROTH double-wall, 110-gallon vertical oil tanks, Model # DWT-400L in the basement. Each tank will be mounted on a 2" steel base. Completely pipe each tank to the outside with an all-new 2" fill pipe and one shared 2" common vent pipe (painted with anticorrosive paint on the exterior of the building), fill and vent caps, tank gauges, and vent whistle. Install all new overhead 3/8" plastic-coated copper oil line from the new oil tanks to the existing oil burner.
