Install a Burnham V8 cast iron, oil-fired boiler, Model PV8H4WET on 4" cement blocks with a Beckett oil burner, burner cover, and tankless coil for domestic hot water production. Reconnect to existing single-zone radiation system with an automatic water feeder, flow valve, back flow preventer, air scoop, Amtrol 60 expansion tank, low water cutoff, (1) Taco 007 high efficiency circulator pump, isolation ball valves, relief valve, and insulate all appropriate piping above the boiler. New overhead 3/8" plastic-coated copper oil line from existing oil tank to new oil burner. Reuse existing Tigerloop ultra air elimination system. New 7" 24-gauge galvanized steel smoke pipe from the boiler to the chimney liner adapter. Install a field control thermal safety switch per code.
