Hartford commercial permit MISC-MEC-26-000181 (Mechanical Permit): Demo and remove first and second floor chimney vented 60k natural gas boilers along with 2 - 40-gallon chimney vented water heaters. Install two new 60k natural gas chimney vented gas boilers and two new 40-gallon natural gas water heaters. Retest and re connect to existing natural gas lines. Re connect to existing chimney, chimney has newer clay liner size correctly. ID of liner is 10 inches by 6 inches rated for over 200k btu/h which will be connecting to. Connect to existing second floor baseboard heating loop and baseboards. Install new two zone heating loop and baseboards for basement and first floor level. Plumber on-site to reconnect hot and cold to new boilers and water heaters. Electrician on-site to re wire new boilers. Start-up and testing of new appliances. Note, each unit has existing gas line for kitchen stove. Existing stove gas lines will be included in gas pressure test.
