Sump pump will discharge east through the finished wall and out out through the front of foundation. Re-plumb drain lines to code and install (1) check valve to protect both the slop sink and washing machine. Replace old slop sink with (1) new single bay PVC sink. Run exposed M/C cable around the upper front wall of the ceiling. Electrician please use your discretion. R/L's have already been sealed and mortared.
