Hartford commercial permit MISC-PLM-24-000566 (Plumbing Permit): Replace the BWV with flush mounted box and lid, Jackhammer the floor and install a non perforated sump pump with electrical, with battery back up, with overflow and discharge out side to the front lawn. Jackhammer the floor to install a 4'' clean out on the house lateral. If one is located, please bring to grade. We could not perform a cc TV inspection due to not having access to a clean out. Customer said she was having her plumber open up the wall to expose the sanitary stack to give access for the camera. Once we can camera the lateral, i will locate the pipe and mark the floor where to dig. Customer has opted out of bathroom protection. Cut/splash and plug R/Ls 2,3 and 4, Customer has requested to use brown gutter extension and not white.. 130 HEBRON ST, HARTFORD, CT 06112.
