Hartford commercial permit MISC-PLM-24-000684 (Plumbing Permit): Cut out old BWV and replace with a new PVC BWV in a flush mounted irrigation box. There was no BWV visible in the footing drain pit at the time of the assessment but a connection was noticed in this area during the CCTV of the sewer line. Install an overflow sump pump as a backup to the BWV. Discharge out the rear side. Please exit the rear side and rotate the elbow so that it is facing the backyard. Hook up a piece of 4 inch flexpipe on the outflow of the discharge pipe. Re-plumb washer standpipe/slop sink to code and install (1) check valve to protect from surge charge.
