Install a NON perforated sump pump with battery backup, with electrical, with overflow and plumb the discharge pipe out to the back of building to grassy area. Install check valves to both washers and one sink. Disconnect, remove and plug the toilet and sink. Next to the toilet we had seen what looks to be a BWV in the floor, it could be a floor drain but was hard to tell due to the reason that the basement was full of sewage when I arrived, please take a look and replace if needed.. 251 SOUTH MARSHALL ST, HARTFORD, CT 06105.
