Hartford commercial permit MISC-PLM-24-000694 (Plumbing Permit): Replace both BWV's with flush mounted box and lid. Install a NON perforated sump pump with battery backup, with electrical, with overflow to BWV and discharge out the rear of building. Replace the sink with a new PVC double bay with check valve. Install Hot/Cold water lines to the faucet. Directly above the sink, in the floor joist are two ball valves for the Hot/Cold water lines, please hook up both water lines to the new sink to make it functional. Customer has an upstairs sink that drains into the slop sink in basement, disconnect and re-route that pipe to be plumbed into the sanitary stack and bring to code. Disconnect and plug the two front R/Ls noted on sketch and extend to discharge away from house. Install a mechanical plug in R/L #1 only. 59 EATON ST, HARTFORD, CT 06114.
