Hartford commercial permit MISC-PLM-24-000785 (Plumbing Permit): Replace the existing BWV. Install a NON perforated sump pump with battery back up, with electrical, with overflow and discharge out the back of house next to the deck. When installing the discharge pipe, sleeve a 4" diameter pipe over sump pumps discharge line and extend with pitch to drain past the deck towards the back yard. When installing the electrical, please use the electric panel in the basement in unit 14. Install 4 mechanical plugs in all 4 floor drains, plug the open pipe in the floor next to sanitary stack noted on sketch. Install a P-trap on the washer discharge pipe with check valve in unit 12, install check valve to protect washer in unit 14. Please chisel the concrete around the clean out located in front of the BWV against the foundation wall for access.. 12 ROCKINGHAM ST, HARTFORD, CT 06114.
