Install a check valve on the existing sink. Install an exterior downspout diffuser on the sump pump discharge pipe. Remove the existing toilet, cut & cap/plug related plumbing. Remove the existing leaded plumbing & replumb the existing 3 bay slop sink & protect with a check valve. Install on the sump pump discharge pipe. Install a check valve on the existing sink Install a new PVC BWV to MDC standards in a pit with a cover. Install sump pump on the other side of the wall in an unperforated pit and connect with a 4" PVP pipe and discharge to the rear. Remove the toilet & plug the toilet drain. Remove the existing leaded plumbing & re-plumb the existing 3 bay sink and protect with a check valve.
