Hartford commercial permit MISC-PLM-24-000899 (Plumbing Permit): A1 - Install a sump pump as an emergency back up to the BWV. Run a 3" PVC overflow pipe from the BWV pit to the sump pump pit (do not perforate sump pump pit) surface mount the discharge pipe and use surface mount M/C cable to the electric. A4 - Replace BWV and install new C/O near BWV pit to have better access to lateral. A9b - Install C/V's on washing machine drain lines this may require two. A9h - Roof leader #1 Cut and splash, R/L #2 plug it (already splashed), R/L #3 plug it (already splashed), R/L #4 extend away from house, R/L #5 plug it (already splashed), R/L #6 plug and extend away from house, R/L #7 extend.
