Project overview

Hartford commercial permit MISC-PLM-26-000306 (Plumbing Permit): Replace all underground sewer lines and remove the basement concrete floor by saw-cutting from the front of the basement, adjacent to the backwater check valve, extending to the existing 4-inch cast-iron sewer stack and 2-inch laundry line stack. Cut and remove each existing stack at floor level. Excavate and remove all dirt as necessary to fully expose the work area. Remove and properly dispose of all concrete and excavated materials off-site. Install new 4-inch PVC underground sewer piping from the front of the house to the 2-inch laundry stack connection and the 4-inch main sewer stack connection. Install a 4-inch cleanout at each stack location and one additional center cleanout flush with the finished concrete floor. Backfill the trench with 3/4-inch crushed stone as required, then restore the concrete basement floor to match existing conditions.. 95 BALTIMORE ST, HARTFORD, CT 06112.
