Project overview

The proposed commercial building will be a total of 9,000 SF. The building will include a 6,500 SF fueling center with 6 fuel dispensers for average vehicles and 4 diesel fuel dispensers and a 2,500 SF spec commercial tenant space. The fueling center will be open 24 hours, 7-days a week, and is anticipated to have 7-8 employees to service the community. Vehicular access will be provided from US 129/GA Hwy 247 (AKA Hawkinsville Rd), per MBC Traffic Engineering recommendations and GDOT Limited Access right-of-way requirements. The proposed development will include 55 vehicular parking spaces and 10 tractor-trailer parking spaces. The development will also provide an undeveloped outparcel. The outparcel will require a separate zoning application for review prior to development. Project size as filed: 9000 sf commercial building; 6500 sf c store with fuel and 2500 sf com space.
