Program will include open fitness area, a multi-purpose room for class instruction, two unisex toilet rooms, spa room, on-site laundry facility, employee security desk, and day-lockers. There will be direct access to a 650 sf private outdoor terrace space at the north end of the space. Egress will be provided via the previously reviewed Core & Shell permit stairs which are fully pressurized. The space will be fully sprinklered and all mechanical, plumbing and electrical support systems will be fully operational for the spaces previously described.. 111 E CARSON BLVD.
