Mecklenburg County commercial permit B4722933: The work being done for this project will be in two different bathrooms in Unit 503on the 5th floor of the building.Bathroom #1 work area will include the removal of the existing shower unit andwall tile and the installation of a new shower unit. The work area is adjacent to anexisting unit and building hall area. We have no plans to penetrate the ratedassembly. Attached are rated assemblies in the event any of the existing rated wallassemblies are damaged. The drain and shower value assemblies will be put backwith no plans to modify their existing size and locations. The unit is on the 5thfloor with adjacent units located above and below the work area. We have no plansto penetrate the existing rated floor and ceiling assemblies. Attached are ratedassemblies in the event any of the existing rated floor or ceiling assemblies aredamaged.Bathroom #2 work area will include the removal of the existing tub unit and theinstallation of a new tub unit.
