Project overview

Mecklenburg County commercial permit B4735460: Current tile and substrate to be demoed and disposed of. There tub currently has a small tiled tub surround. The demo willl require me to remove about 6 sq ft of drywall on a wall that is shared with the common hallway. This section will be replaced with drywall to match the rest of that wall. Electrician to rough in new switch in area adjacent to toilet and a wire ran into the sub ceiling for the LED strips. The ceiling in the shower stall will need to be removed to run LED lights. The ceiling will be replaced with a waterproof backer board and tiled. Fire rated assembly above (concrete subfloor) will not be disturbed. Plumber to rough in new mixing valve for shower. Shower stall to get waterproof backer and re-tiled as well. Shower drain location to remain the same. Concrete subfloor to be prepped with anti fracture membrane. Around 300 sq ft of new tile to be installed total. Accent wall behind the tub to be tiled to ceiling. New vanity, fixtures, mirror and vanity lighting to be installed.
