All electrical and data systems embedded within the walls will be removed, ensuring the space is cleared for future use.The project will also include the demolition of existing carpet and base trim in the open area, as well as the removal of all floor boxes. The contractor will be responsible for pulling out electrical and data connections, cutting conduit flush with the floor, and sealing any exposed areas with fire caulk to maintain safety standards.In addition, the demolition will extend to the removal of blank plates on walls that are to remain intact, ensuring all associated wiring is disconnected and cut back to the last known connection.
