Mecklenburg County commercial permit B4788772: Arthur Murray Dance Studio - project scope includes demolition of selective interior elements, electrical and mechanical. adding walls to create one office. relocation of doors in the utility and men's restroom. installation of floating dance floor which raises area approximately 2". this system includes installation of ramps 2'-0" long down to finished grade. Existing bathrooms were constructed in 2020 at the last upfit. no other work other than maintenance of painting will be completed in the restroom ares. the utility room to remain unchange, with exception of replacement of ceiling tiles, cosmetic painting and new lights. there is an existing bar area that will be re-purposed as a break/canteen area for all occupants. only plumbing work is installation of a hi/lo ada accessible water cooler with cane guard. structural work is confined to roof top unit (alternate) and removal of an existing DOAS unit w/ infill at existing roof curb.. 19911 NORTH COVE RD.
