Project overview

Mecklenburg County commercial permit B4792815: (HR) Timmerman Renovation - Major Renovation of 4737 SF apartment 6A Morrocroft Place. The apartment will receive all new floor finishes; all new ceilings; several walls will be reconfigured per plan; the kitchen, laundry room, and all baths will be completely renovated with all new appliances and fixtures; The HVAC system will be completely replaced; the electrical and plumbing systems will be modified per plan. There will be no structural modifications. Due to reconfiguration of ceilings, some walls, and lighting, the electrical system within the apartment will be completely replaced. We plan to replace the two existing, conventional HVAC systems with 8 Trane-Mitsubishi mini-split units and 2 condensing units. All bathrooms, the kitchen, and the laundry room will be completely renovated.
