Project overview

Mecklenburg County commercial permit B4817311: (HR) CMC 2T Upfit - Interior renovation of existing business occupancy that involves reconfiguring administrative spaces, conference rooms, offices, and restrooms on the second level of the Carolinas Medical Center. This work will enable a future bridge connection between the adjacent New Bed Tower (under construction, separate project) and the existing CMC facility. The final bridge connections are currently expected to be approved under the adjacent New Bed Tower project. Also, this work includes architectural and MEP enabling for a new pneumatic tube system on levels 2, 3, 4, and 5 of CMC main, involving minor scope elements spread across several floors (new partitions, ceilings, soffits, electrical and data).. 1000 BLYTHE BLVD.
