Mecklenburg County commercial permit B4825069: (HR) Fifth Third Charlotte - 7th Floor - Scope of Work to include interior alteration of 7th floor of existing office building. Existing building use and construction type to remain as is. No exterior modifications are proposed as part of this project. Existing elevator shafts and stairwells to remain as is.Architectural construction activities to include: selective demolition of existing interior conditions including non-loadbearing partitions; new interior; openings; floor and wall fixtures; reconfiguration of existing ceilings and new ceilings/fixtures; installation of new furniture/furniture systems; installation of floor/wall finishes.
