Project overview

Mecklenburg County commercial permit B4829758: CMPD HQ 911 THIRD FLOOR ALTERATIONS - Work will consist of approximately 9,470 SQFT of alterations to the existing 911 Communications and Admin Area located on the third floor of the CMPD Headquarters building. A couple existing office walls will be demolished to create space for new 911 consoles. A new break room space, locker room and reception will be up fitted for employees. New lighting will be installed in 911/Communications room, break room, and new offices.This project will also include the addition of a new 200kVA UPS to replace the existing 80kVA UPS. Replacing only the diffusers and grilles, and installing new thermostats. A new sink in the break room will be installed. The existing unisex bathroom adjacent to the 911 Communications area will be converted into a small office designed for consults.. 601 E TRADE ST.
