Fort Worth commercial permit PB24-11985: **the continuation and completion of a TENANT FINISH OUT. **there is a change of business name and we are requesting a new building permit # to be assigned for new business. the previous assigned building permit # which has expired is PO22-03781. previous business name was RAMEN AKIRA **new business name is: THE CRAB STATION OYSTER BAR **NOTE- there are some minor changes made to the previous layout with revised drawings by architect & MEP engineer to be resubmitted back into CITY for plan review and approval **wherever applicable, any existing INSPECTIONS that has been approve on previous permit #PO22-03781 we are requesting to be applied to the newly assigned permit # **FOR RECORDS, previous permit #PO22-03781 we hired a third party (WINSTON SERVICES) to do both PLAN REVIEW & INSPECTIONS. however, for the newly assigned permit #, we will NOT be using a third party. we would like to go directly through CITY OF FT WORTH for both plan review & inspections **both previous permit #PO22-03781 & the newly assigned permit will be of same use & specific use ASSEMBLY USE (dine-in restaurant). 9608 RED DIRT RD.
