DEMO AREA 1 - Prior to Triple R commencing project, Sundance Square will relocate all items from area. - All interior walls will be removed. - All fences and gates will be removed. When grinding and removing fence and gate bolts from floor, Triple R will also remove anchor point and leave flooring recessed. - Subcontractor will disconnect overhead rollup door and controls and relocate to another area designated by Sundance Square. - Triple R will disconnect all existing doors and shelving units and relocate to another area designated by Sundance Square. - Triple R will not remove: masonry walls, building structure (columns, beams, trusses), sprinkler room, sprinkler lines, plumbing, electrical or exterior overhead doors. DEMO AREA 2 - All interior walls will be removed. - All lay-in ceilings and grids will be removed. - Subcontractors will disconnect and cap all electrical and HVAC ducting. - Triple R will disconnect all existing doors and shelving units and relocate to another area designated by Sundance Square. -Triple R will not remove: masonry walls, raised floor, building structure (columns, beams, trusses), sprinkler lines or plumbing. DEMO AREA 3 -Prior to Triple R commencing project, Sundance Square will relocate all items from area. - All interior walls will be removed. - All fences and gates will be removed. - Triple R will disconnect all existing doors and shelving units and relocate to another area designated by Sundance Square. - Triple R will not remove: masonry walls, building structure (columns, beams, trusses), sprinkler lines, plumbing, electrical or exterior overhead doors. - Note about Chain-link fencing and metal studs secured to warehouse flooring – When removing the fencing and metal studs from flooring, Triple R will do its best to remove all anchor points. If anchor points cannot be removed, they will be grinded flat. **Optional**- If Sundance wishes to have anchor points pounded down, recessed and floated flat with epoxy finish, this will be an additional charge. - Project Completion-Demolition, Disposal and Site Cleanup: Triple R will ensure proper removal and disposal of all demolished materials via 40 yard roll off bins, ensuring compliance with local regulations and environmental guidelines. Upon completion of demolition the warehouse floor is to be blown out and mopped 2 times using purified water. Utilizing purified water will leave the floor in a pristine, safe and ready-to-use condition. Lastly, Triple R will run air scrubbers throughout the warehouse for 48 hours to help filter any dirt, allergens or other particulate matter that may be suspended in the air. - Safety Measures: Implementation of necessary safety measures to ensure a safe work environment for workers and the public.. 601 E 2ND ST.
