Supply and install new combination eyewash/shower per FXG specifications a. Assumes tie into existing DHCW & DHCW within 200LF b. Assumes that a dedicated hot water heater is not needed to meet tepid water requirements c. If combination eyewash/shower is not needed and an eyewash without the need for plumbing connections can be used in lieu of the specified HAWS Corp combination unit, please deduct $34,500. Electrical: 1. Supply and install electrical upgrades and data boxes for new FXE (DCA) cage per specifications a. Provide and install a 30KVA transformer and a 100A 120/208V panel. b. Provide and install a 60A 600V NEMA1 non-fused disconnect for the primary side of the disconnect. c. Provide a 1 ¼” conduit with (3) #4 and (1) #8G wires from the 480/277V panel on the west end of building to the 60A disconnect for the primary side of the 30KVA transformer. d. Provide and install a 3pole 60A circuit breaker in the existing 480/277V panel to feed the new disconnect. e. Provide flexible metal conduit (sealtight) from the disconnect to the transformer. f. Provide flexible metal conduit (sealtight) with (3) #3 and (1) #8G wires from the transformer to the new 100A panel. g. Provide conduit and Cat6 cables to all the new Data drops (9 total). h. Provide conduit and wires for the 2000W Radiant Electric Heater. i. Provide and install (2) 4’ LED light fixtures. j. Provide conduit and wires to feed the new light fixtures. k. Install a switch for the light fixtures and the electric heater. l. Provide low voltage wiring/cabling (Cat6e) and terminations (per the specifications provided) Su m. All wires from the new 100A panel to the outlets to be #12 stranded THHN. n. Provide and install ¾” plywood backer boards for the Valet PC and Corp Coms. o. All conduit below 12’ will be RGC and everything above 12’ will be EMT with compression steel fittings. 2. Supply and install outlets and data boxes for new valet PC and time clocks 3. Supply and install PSCAN and Dongle Tower Fencing: 1. Supply and install approximately 66LF of new chain link fence for new FXE (DCA) SH cages. All posts to be anchor bolted to existing slab a.
