Fort Worth commercial permit PB25-15931: Bldg. 200 Landing Rebuild Unity Construction & Painting, Inc. will furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to perform the following: • Location: Bldgs. 200 • Description: (includes permit/does not include engineer drawings if required.) o Demo existing shared second floor landing and walkway. o Rebuild new 4 ½’x16 ½’ shared unit concrete walkway. o Rebuild new 4 ½’x24’ shared unit landing. o Rebuild new 4 1/2’x12’ 2x6” plank walkway and step. o Reinstall existing metal walkway posts. o Replace existing (1) 6”x6”x8’ and (1) 4”x4”x8’ wood posts • Concrete Landing/Walkway Scope: o Remove concrete, existing waterproofing, flashing, and decking o Install new ¾” plywood decking o Install TWP primer for 60mil balcony waterproofing membrane o Install 60mil balcony waterproofing membrane (mastic all seams) o Install Masterseal HLM5000 at any voids o Install new aluminum T-bar o Pour concrete to brushed finish o Remove and reinstall landing and walkway railing o Remove and replace landing beams and framing o Prime and paint with Sherwin Williams to match existing façade o Clean and haul away work-related debris. 807 THE HEIGHTS DR.
