Fort Worth commercial permit PB26-09112: Change of Use for a conversion of existing tenant space. Demolition of any non structural walls, finishes, and equipment. New work to include full/partial height walls, new windows/doors, finishes, equipment, lighting.. 140 E EXCHANGE AVE. Fort Worth commercial permit PB25-15815: 3. Re-Roof Low Roof Sections ONLY a. Clean and prepare existing Mod-Bit roofing system for new TPO membrane overlay. Remove compromised, saturated, and damaged system components. b. Provide and install 1 layer of Versico 1/2” 4x4’ SecurShield HD board, fully adhered to existing Mod-Bit system with Flexible Dash low-rise VOC-free adhesive. c. Provide and install 60 mil Versico TPO roofing membrane fully adhered to SecurShield HD board with Cav-Grip 3v Low-VOC TPO adhesive/primer. TPO will be standard color white, tan, or gray with matching accessories. d. Provide and install 60 Mill TPO fully adhered up walls with manufacturers approved adhesive. e. Remove and replace penetration pockets and flashing around all penetration pipes and vents. f. Remove and replace existing pitch pans at condenser units. g. Provide and install all termination points to comply with TPC-1.1, TPC-9.2, and TPC-12.1 manufactures specifications. Where clearance for TPC-9.2 detail is not sufficient, LiquiSeal will be utilized in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions. h. Provide and install TPO walkway pads around roof top units. i. Provide and install TPO equipment pads as needed around exhaust fans and other rooftop equipment. j. Remove and replace 24ga pre-finished gutters and downspouts at North and South walls. k. Remove and replace 2pc counter flashing at parapet wall where existing EPDM is flashed in. l. Detach, reflash, and reset roof grates as needed at the Roof Drains. m. Provide and install new 3’x3’ Bilco Roof Hatch, Safety Rail, and Post Up. 140 E EXCHANGE AVE.
