Project overview
Fort Worth commercial permit PB26-03360: Remodel Demo some interior walls and add new walls to create new offices. Flooring: remove old carpet and vinyl flooring. Install new carpet and potentially once we remove the vinyl flooring go with a natural concrete look (grind and polish) or just lay new vinyl. Remove ceiling tile and supply vents in some areas; when doing this we will be turning the flex duct to hard duct and have exposed roof trusses. Remove old plumbing fixtures along some walls. Remove two existing sinks. Relocate one sink. I will show on plans once I get them drafted. Keep electrical panel in the same location, clean it up and test breakers. Will relocate outlets for new offices on new walls since there is plenty. All structural to remain the same. Store Front Entry glass to remain the same Store Front concrete entry does need some work, water goes into the building when it rains, so we will have to come up with a solution there. Need to get with my concrete guy to see what solution is possible. Remove Front Entry Wood Cover HVAC outside units to remain the same Main plumbing line to remain the same Existing Restrooms to remain the same Existing side entry door to remain the same We will cap some area floor drains since a couple of them will be in the new offices.. 600 W MAGNOLIA AVE.
