Fabricate and install new 24-guage galvanized steel overflow scuppers with prefinished faceplates to match the existing locations. Fabricate and install new 24-gauge prefinished steel gutters, downspouts & counter flashings. Upon completion, furnish a 20-year, No-Dollar-Limit warranty from the materials manufacturer for the low-slope roof assembly, 20-year finish warranty for pre-finished metal & 2-year standard installers warranty.. 1501 ENDERLY PL.
