No studs, headers, beams, columns, or load-bearing members were removed or modified. Scope consists of replacing drywall, limited ceiling drywall, flooring, cabinetry, trim, and finishes in the same locations as existing. Existing sink/plumbing and existing electrical devices will be restored or reconnected in their existing locations as required.
