Vermont Act 250 application 1R1025 (Major, Pittsford): On October 21, 2022, Travis and Erica Bovey and Boondock Motors, Inc. filed an application for an Act 250 permit for a project generally described as approval to conduct commercial operations on a 3.2-acre lot for commercial auto repair, towing and recovery services in Pittsford, Vermont. On November 8, 2023 a notice was issued and a hearing was scheduled to take place on December 12, 2023. The hearing was postponed at the Applicant’s request by a Memorandum of Decision, and then again later through an informal agreement of the parties. There has been no activity on this application since then. The Applicant has not responded in writing to the Commission's Notice of Intent to Dismiss Act 250 Land Use Permit Application 1R1025 dated June 11, 2026. The Commission intends to dismiss this application because the Applicant has failed to respond to the Commission's Notice of Intent to Dismiss Act 250 Land Use Permit Application, which requested a written response and additional information, and has not demonstrated an intention to proceed with the application.
