Project overview

Burlington VT commercial permit CBP-24-837 (I - Industrial): To develope access and sitting areas in the alley between buildings two and three at 208 Flynn Ave.  There is presently an entrance asphalt walk way (700 s.f.) to building two that will be removed and replaced with concrete pavers.  An additional concrete paver walkway (700 s.f.) will then continue west to the rear of the building. We are also proposing an 12" concrete block wall (55 l.f.) around the hvac equipment and two windows.  The sitting areas will include six stone benches.  note:  the roof drains from both buildings drain internally so there is no discharge into the alley.  The alley until recently was derelict and overgrown with weed trees and brush.. 208 Flynn Avenue.
