Hotel HVAC includes a Daikin VRV system that serves the hotel common and ameneties areas. Hotel rooms include individual EPHOCA window based heat pump units. Natural gas piping from building entrance to domestic hot water heaters and dryers. Dryer exhaust and intake ducted through louver. Apartment and student housing systems served by Daikin VRV system for common spaces and concealed EPHOCA heat pumps systems for unit heating/cooling. Condensate piping for each unit.
