Work to include: demo existing exterior walls, doors, windows; construction new foundations, new exterior bearing walls, new rated exterior wall (SE Side of the building), interior non-bearing partitions, new restroom, new staircase to 2nd floor (existing exterior stairs staying in place to be used as interior staircase, new doors, doorways, millwork, plumbing fixtures and interior finishes. Interior finishes shall be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2018 IBC. This building is NOT fire sprinklere
