EMERALD DATA CENTER EXPANSION

(EMERALD DATA CENTER EXPANSION) The proposal would construct an addition (referred to as building 2, though the addition would be part of the existing building from a code perspective) to an already approved data center development under DRH25-00037, GRD25-00024, and BLD25-01194, which included all associated site work, landscaping, anticipated parking including for this planned expansion, and other infrastructure to support the use. Additional adjustments to the grading plan (GRD25-00024) to incorporate all additional site and underground utility work for building 2 and separate the work into two phases are currently under review as a plan modification to that permit. The 31,500 square foot expansion includes a 9,500 sq/ft data hall space, a shell space for a future 8,500 sq/ft data hall, and electrical, generator, and other support spaces.
